As it will take longer as the older versions i just updated from v9.03 to v9.50.

The SM64 Re-compiler

We’re currently working on decompiling SM64. If this turns out to be successful and we’re able to have the decompiled code re-compile, this would mean the ability to completely modify the game. Of course, this is a long and hard process and means re-discovering which compiler was used back in the day to compile SM64, reconstructing and documenting functions and naming, etc. etc. This basically means going through function by function and converting it into readable and usable C code by hand.

Future Plans regarding decompiling SM64:

• Possibly handing out the complete source code of Super Mario 64 to a small number of highly trusted people.
• Allowing to only recompile parts of the game or offering some sort of API.
